Job Description:

A successful Construction Consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within their London team in response to growing workload within CAT B Office Fitout sector. The Senior Project Manager will be working on both Residential and Office Fit out projects, ranging from up to £35m.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the project daily from start to finish
Conducting front-end due diligence work
Pre-contract management
Phase-by-phase management of the construction process on-site

Requirements:

Degree in relation to Project Management
Previous client facing Project Management experience
MRICS
Project Delivery Experience
Previous experience working on CAT B projects
