Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives in a fast‑moving, complex environment. This role requires a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large‑scale technology projects from concept through deployment while aligning outcomes with organizational and executive priorities. You will oversee major enterprise rollouts including ERP, BI/Analytics, SaaS platforms, and custom applications supporting 2k+ users. The Senior Project Manager works closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management for complex IT development and deployment initiatives
  • Oversee enterprise‑scale implementations across ERP, analytics, SaaS, and custom applications
  • Align technical teams, business units, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and risks across multiple concurrent projects
  • Track, optimize, and report on IT performance metrics while driving continuous service‑delivery improvements
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Validate all deliverables for business requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness
  • Support transformation initiatives that mature IT operations and enhance delivery capabilities
  • Perform adhoc as needed

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management with technology transformation experience and enterprise‑level IT deployments
  • Experience with hybrid methodologies
  • Background in ERP, BI/Analytics, Enterprise SaaS, or custom application delivery at scale
  • Strong communication skills with proven success partnering with technical teams and C‑suite leaders
  • Experience Oracle Fusition, SQL and Power BI
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
