Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced LV Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Low Voltage infrastructure projects. You’ll oversee technical, commercial, and operational aspects to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. This is a key leadership role within our ICP team, requiring strong knowledge of electricity networks. Ideal for someone with hands-on operational experience and confidence in managing teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver LV infrastructure projects on time, within scope and budget
Coordinate with DNOs/IDNOs, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage project costs, budgets, variations, and forecasts
Lead site teams with a focus on safety, performance, and compliance
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes
Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to DNO/ICP regulations, CDM, and H&S standards
Support commercial negotiations and contract variations
Mentor junior project team members and promote continuous improvement
Drive delivery performance against KPIs (time, cost, safety, quality, customer satisfaction)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience delivering LV electricity infrastructure projects
Knowledge of UK electrical regulations, CDM, and NRSWA
Experience with project coordination within a DNO, IDNO, or ICP environment
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret technical drawings
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and contracts

Nice to have:

Project management qualifications (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, MSP)
Understanding of Ofgem frameworks (e.g., RIIO-ED2)
Hands-on operational background in LV electrical works
