Senior Project Manager

• Lead with Safety: Drive Projects to Success with a Commitment to Excellence, Well-being, and Risk Management. Ensure every milestone is achieved with the highest standards of safety and quality
• Client Management: Lead and manage the Client relationship to establish and understand their needs and expectations for projects
• Project Planning: Ensure that comprehensive project plans are in place for all projects and that programme risk is understood, managed and escalated appropriately
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Commercial: Take ownership for the commercial out-turn of the portfolio to meet business plan targets
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements

• Proven experience in project delivery in the infrastructure sector, preferably in safety critical environments
• Experience working under the NEC suite of contracts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leader with strong communication skills
• Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office package
• Minimum HNC in a relevant technical discipline or proven experience
• Track record in successful Client Management
• Strong organisational skills
• Extensive experience in commercial management of projects and reporting to Senior Management and Clients

Relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential e.g CEng
