You will help drive continuous improvement across delivery execution, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial stewardship, actionable reporting, and consistent customer and internal stakeholder experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Account Delivery Management: Drive and maintain obligations to customers and contribute to consumption activities, holding accountability for consumption project delivery forecasts
lead or participate in steering committee meetings
Relationship Development: Drive high customer satisfaction by managing expectations, addressing customer feedback, and resolving escalations
Presales & Contracting: Contribute to presales on medium complexity projects by providing input into delivery approach and deal construct
assist in the development of initial estimates and contracts
facilitate contracting for customers and partner resources
Planning: Develop project management plans to drive predictable delivery for medium complexity projects (or support senior colleagues in complex programs)
leverage existing intellectual property and account strategy
establish clear expectations and accountabilities across project teams and stakeholders
Monitoring & Controlling: Be accountable for project financial management
orchestrate metrics to attain KPIs
proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery efforts when required
apply quality management and change control techniques across delivery
Initiation & Closure: Drive project initiation and align resources (including partners and offshore teams), balancing needs across projects in challenging situations
drive timely closure including customer invoicing and delivery acceptance
share knowledge and contribute to new intellectual property based on lessons learned
Delivery Governance & Operational Rhythm: Establish and run the project governance model (cadence, status, RAID, change control), ensuring timely, decision-ready communications across delivery stakeholders and leadership
Performance & Reporting: Define, track, and communicate delivery health KPIs (schedule, scope, quality, financials, resource utilization), ensuring data accuracy and driving actions to address trends and gaps
Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Identify opportunities to standardize and improve delivery processes, templates, and tooling
support compliance needs (e.g., required documentation, audits) and incorporate lessons learned into reusable practices and intellectual property
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years' experience in project management OR equivalent experience
Experience driving delivery governance, including status reporting, risk/issue management, change control, and stakeholder communications
Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve execution (e.g., KPI tracking, forecasting, financial/operational reporting)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
4+ years financial management experience
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1))
Experience with operational excellence/continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and standardization of delivery processes
Experience with reporting and insights tooling (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and creating executive-ready delivery dashboards
Nice to have:
