Job Description

As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects within corporate functions related to solving complex business problems
  • Build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies
  • Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience
  • or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience
  • or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Nice to have

  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
