Job Description:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding regional office. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with a diverse range of clients across Yorkshire, managing schemes from feasibility to completion. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for long-term progression in a supportive and flexible environment. The consultancy is known for its employee-focused culture and offers a clear path to Associate level for the right Senior Project Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Lead project delivery
manage consultants and contractors
ensure all works are completed to a high standard
liaise directly with clients
produce reports and programs
manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Surveying, or similar
Chartered or working towards (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)
Strong background in construction project delivery
Previous consultancy experience ideal
Excellent report writing and communication skills

Nice to have:

Previous consultancy experience ideal
