This property developer is a community builder that designs and constructs holistic residential and commercial areas emphasizing integrated natural environments. Its primary objective is to enrich lifestyles by pioneering sustainable developments where people can experience a blended setting for all aspects of daily life, including residence, profession, and leisure.
Job Responsibility:
Full Project Lifecycle Management: Defining, coordinating, and executing multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and schedules
Financial Oversight: Budgeting & Cost Control, which involves overseeing financial forecasts, monitoring expenditures, approving variation orders (VOs), and implementing measures to meet financial targets
Contractual & Procurement Management: Review and approve contracts and tender documents, and provide high-level supervision over Quantity Surveying (QS) functions, managing contractual risks, and evaluating claims
Construction & Quality Assurance: Managing site progress, ensuring timely delivery, and upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You are the main point for resolving technical issues on-site
Stakeholder & Communication Hub: Primary liaison, communicating effectively with a wide array of external parties (consultants, authorities) and providing strategic updates and recommendations to top management
Team Leadership: Leading a multidisciplinary team (engineers, QS, site staff) and mentoring junior staff to cultivate a high-performance culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 8 years in property development and construction
Solid understanding of the full property development lifecycle (planning, design, construction, and handover)
Knowledge of authority submission procedures and compliance requirements
Must have experience in both high-rise and landed residential projects
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools/software
Strong leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
High attention to detail, proactive decision-making, resilience under pressure, and ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines independently
