Our public websites are a core product, central to how we connect with the world. As our Senior Project Manager for Web Transformation, you will be at the heart of our digital evolution. You'll spearhead the delivery and daily operations of our web squads, translating the vision set by the Director of Web into tangible, high-impact results. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on guiding squads, navigating complexity, and achieving ambitious goals by inspiring and influencing those around them.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of key web initiatives, ensuring every project aligns with our strategic priorities and delivers measurable business value
  • Transform our high-level strategy and product roadmaps into clear, actionable delivery plans, milestones, and well-groomed squad backlogs
  • Lead and empower cross-functional delivery squads, implementing and masterfully applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to optimize workflow and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as the central communication hub, bridging our Design and Engineering (DBE) teams to ensure seamless collaboration from concept to launch
  • Proactively identify and dismantle delivery roadblocks, expertly managing risks and dependencies to ensure a smooth path to completion while upholding organizational standards
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, providing regular, insightful updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or a similar role focused on digital or web delivery
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in leading agile teams and running delivery squads in a Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environment
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with a talent for making complex situations clear and actionable
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and solving complex dependency puzzles

Nice to have

  • A track record of delivering large-scale public websites or leading significant web transformation projects
  • Experience working within product-led or product-centric digital teams
  • Familiarity with modern web platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and design systems
  • Agile delivery certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP-ACP) are a plus, but we value your practical experience just as highly

  • Relieving Product Managers: taking over the operational delivery burden so that PMs can focus entirely on strategy, business planning, and financial metrics
  • Planning & Release Management: building a transparent release system (app updates). Providing stakeholders with full visibility into which features are being released, when they will be ready, and what dependencies or release risks exist
  • Capacity Management: balancing roadmap initiatives, technical debt, bug fixes, and growth experiments within a shared engineering capacity
  • Delivery-Content Awareness: moving away from simply "moving cards in Jira." It is essential for you to understand what is being developed, be able to read technical documentation, and connect the dots to keep tasks moving efficiently
  • People Management: leading and mentoring the engineering team (8–10 people), working in close collaboration with the Lead QA and the future internal Team Lead
