Senior Project Manager - Water Resources Engineering

• Serve as a technical resource for projects and new proposals
• Facilitate the necessary inter-disciplinary coordination inside and outside the Department required to execute projects
• Execute the design to the appropriate level of detail in a manner that minimizes risk to the firm
• Operate as a client service manager to maintain existing relationships and establish new ones
• Assist the Department Director with Department and Business initiatives

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• 10-14 years of experience serving municipal clients involving planning, consulting, design, and construction services for a wide variety of services including water and wastewater planning and design
• Demonstrated experience in successful project management, client interaction, and staff development
• Business development experience, including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
• PE required

Proficiency in stormwater design is a plus, but not required
