Lochsa Engineering has an opportunity for a qualified Surveying Senior Project Manager to join our team. Candidates will have an opportunity to manage large, moderate and small public and private sector projects. You will be a contributing team member performing surveying related work with internal and external disciplines during planning, design and construction administration phases of projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Provide a professional bridge between client and staff
  • Provide QA/QC of surveying documents
  • Develop unique solutions to projects as required
  • Assist with marketing
  • Assist with staff reviews
  • Manage personnel

Requirements:

  • Professional Land Surveyors License in good standing
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management
  • Advanced knowledge of current industry software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
  • Ability to understand and interpret current municipal codes, Nevada Administrative Code, and Nevada Revised Statutes
  • Positive and professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients in person or virtually
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Resident with a valid green card, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
