Job Responsibility:
Lead the full end-to-end delivery of complex, business-focused projects, specifically four key initiatives within the Cash Management Enhancements business case for large corporate clients
Drive the strategic development, articulation, and socialization of the ECRM/Salesforce Roadmap across Commercial Banking stakeholders
Act as the primary point of accountability, ensuring strict adherence to project governance, risk management frameworks, and internal controls
Masterfully manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular, concise status reporting and highly polished executive updates
Collaborate effectively with technology partners for implementation, while retaining clear business ownership and strategic direction for all initiatives
Leverage exceptional communication and influencing skills to manage ambiguity and align disparate teams towards a common strategic goal
Requirements:
8-10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Project Manager (non-IT focus)
5+ years of specialized experience within Cash Management product enhancement or project delivery
5+ years of functional project experience related to Salesforce (CRM) implementations or roadmaps
8+ years of proven experience in a heavily executive-facing Project Management role, demonstrating strong executive presence
Nice to have:
Direct experience leading ECRM (Enterprise CRM) initiatives
Deep familiarity with a wide array of Commercial Banking products and operational processes
