  • In-depth knowledge of sales operations, Salesforce (CRM systems), and revenue operations strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and influence executive leadership
  • Project management certification (e.g., Project+, Agile, PMP) is strongly preferred
