We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting real estate technology platforms such as Tango, Lucernex, or similar lease administration and real estate portfolio management systems. This role will partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful planning, implementation, and optimization of systems that support site selection, lease lifecycle management, approvals, and financial compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong PMO discipline, hands-on system implementation experience, and the ability to translate real estate business needs into executable technology delivery plans.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate system initiatives, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity while ensuring alignment to business priorities
Serve as a delivery lead for real estate platforms such as Tango, Lucernex, or comparable lease administration and portfolio management tools
Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams to support capabilities such as site approvals, lease abstraction, critical date tracking, rent obligations, and reporting
Coordinate system integrations with ERP, finance, data, and document management platforms
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and decision alignment
Lead vendor relationships, including implementation partners and software providers, holding them accountable to scope, timelines, and quality
Facilitate executive updates, steering committee reviews, and working sessions
Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, including intake, change control, status reporting, and documentation
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting in partnership with Finance
Identify opportunities to streamline real estate processes through system capabilities and automation
Drive adoption by supporting change management, training coordination, and post-go-live stabilization
Measure and communicate delivered business value and operational improvements
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within enterprise IT or PMO environments
Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts (site selection, lease management, critical dates, financial obligations)
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
Expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
Experience navigating JIRA to run ad hoc reporting
Nice to have:
Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification
Experience working in retail, restaurant, or multi-site real estate environments
Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiatives
