Senior Project Manager (Pre-Award; Part Time)

Provide overall leadership and oversight of assigned work orders, ensuring successful execution of program objectives. Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and partner organizations to support mission requirements. Manage program governance activities, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and contract deliverables. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Support strategic planning and decision-making activities with senior government leadership. Coordinate interagency and cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of program activities and mission outcomes. Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, governance, and reporting requirements. Provide regular status updates, executive briefings, and program reports to stakeholders and leadership.
