As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily cooperation with clients, developing relationships with them, and leading their projects that have real visibility on the market - from daily client communication to coordinating production and delivery processes across different markets.
Job Responsibility
Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships with global and local clients across our region.
Understand client goals and industry landscapes to formulate and execute effective communication strategies.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Lead project execution from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all goals are met.
Coordinate with production partners and suppliers to ensure maximum quality, strict timing, and cost-efficiency.
Provide expert recommendations on production techniques and technical solutions to optimize client results.
Prepare offers, presentations, quotations, and comprehensive project documentation.
Bridge the gap between clients, suppliers, and internal/regional teams (Riga & Warsaw) to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor project health, including timelines, budgets, and potential risks, taking corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operational teams to maintain Altavia’s high standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client service, print production or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Client-oriented mindset and confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of print production and retail communication processes will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English is essential. Proficiency in Latvian and/or Polish is a significant advantage.
Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive 'ownership' approach with the drive to keep projects moving forward despite challenges.
Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
