Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 4 month contract in Toronto.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning, and funding requests
  • Gathers and develops requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan

Requirements:

  • Experience utilizing, managing and understanding various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products
  • Experience leading, facilitating and initiating large-scale technology infrastructure procurements
  • Knowledge and experience with creating, augmenting and negotiating Licensing agreements and IT Software Statements of Work
  • Experience in developing Treasury Board or SPP submissions

Nice to have:

  • Prior OPS/Public Sector exp
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
  • Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
  • Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) based on Ontario Enterprise Architecture processes and practice
