Senior Project Manager/Leader

• Provide servant-leadership to technical professionals, facilitating work without coercion and optimizing Agile delivery approaches to meet project outcomes
• Develop and maintain a full suite of project management artifacts, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), integrated project plans, and detailed schedules
• Monitor and forecast project costs, ensuring fiscal targets are met through proactive reporting and resource management
• Identify, track, and report on project risks and issues, establishing robust contingency plans to ensure project continuity
• Coordinate engagement opportunities with high-level stakeholders and manage the acceptance processes for third-party deliverables
• Facilitate "Go-Live" activities and implement comprehensive transition plans, including learning, development, and organizational readiness across the enterprise
• Prepare briefing materials and interactive dashboards for executive decision-making. Document lessons learned and complete formal close-out reports post-implementation

• Extensive experience planning and managing large, multi-tier, multi-stakeholder IT projects
• Deep knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum Master certification is an asset) and structured project management methodologies
• Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and external contract deliverables
• Expert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and experience creating interactive data dashboards
• Superior negotiating, mediating, and influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to development and testing teams
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business and IT issues through facilitation and analytical decision-making

Scrum Master certification

• Lead highly interdependent projects that form the backbone of a large-scale enterprise transformation
• Interface directly with executive leadership through specialized briefing materials and presentations
• Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams while establishing best-in-class project management frameworks
• Manage the entire lifecycle from concept and design through to post-go-live warranty and lessons learned
