8+ Strong project management experience in a healthcare setting
8+ Strong understanding of primary care and referral systems across Ontario
8+Strong relationship building and communication skills
Knowledge of primary care in Ontario
Knowledge of the digital health space in Ontario
An understanding of Ontario’s health care system
Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute on multiple large-scale, complex, high-risk projects, ideally within a cross-functional structure

Job Responsibility

Manage complex engagement related projects end to end, including scope definition, work planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting within the integrated Pb4P plan
Support integrated implementation planning by aligning physician engagement activities with product, change management, communications, and deployment timelines
Monitor and report on engagement milestones, risks, and emerging issues, escalating as needed through Pb4P governance structures
Work closely with Change Management and Customer Experience teams to ensure engagement activities support readiness, adoption, and sustained utilization of Pb4P tools
Translate clinician feedback into actionable insights to inform product enhancements, workflow design, and support materials
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pb4P engagement approaches based on lessons learned and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., regions, delivery partners, clinical associations) to align messaging, engagement approaches, and expectations
Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan
Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed
Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks at senior executive levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision makers
