  • Oversee projects involving Data Analytics, ETL, and Business Intelligence. Direct the implementation of near real-time data dashboards using Power BI and Change Data Capture (CDC) tools

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Project Management delivering highly technical, cross-functional projects
  • Deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with large-scale software deployments, cloud platforms (specifically MS Azure), and mobile/web-based initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex data dashboard solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Change Data Capture tools (e.g., Debezium)
  • Experience in public safety environments (Fire, Police, or Ambulance) and familiarity with CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) or radio technologies (P25, Avaya) is a significant asset
  • Exceptional ability to drive tactical initiatives forward, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and influence senior management through authoritative recommendations
