Job Responsibility

  • Own it end-to-end: Take full charge of projects – scope, timeline, budget – and deliver results that matter
  • Streamline processes, systems & data: Lead integrations, ensure data accuracy, and keep operations compliant
  • Governance & reporting: Keep everything documented, escalate issues early, and report clearly to senior leaders
  • Keep everyone aligned: Run check-ins, manage dependencies, and remove blockers so projects flow smoothly
  • Lead the change: Champion system adoption, cultural alignment, and smooth transitions using ADKAR, Prosci, or other change frameworks
  • Stay on top of risks & compliance: Spot issues early, stay GDPR-compliant, and keep everything audit-ready
  • Methodology & delivery: Plan and deliver complex projects using PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches
  • Drive wider transformation: Lead major change initiatives beyond acquisitions, keeping disruption minimal
  • Communicate & collaborate: Present confidently, keep stakeholders informed, and build strong relationships across the business

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of project management experience
  • 7+ years leading or supporting complex, cross-functional projects - ideally in IT or telecoms
  • Proven track record with integrations involving people, processes, systems, data, and customers
  • Hands-on experience with system consolidation and data migration (CRM, ERP/Finance, Billing, HR)
  • Strong governance and reporting skills – RAID logs, benefits trackers, budgets, SteerCo packs
  • Confident with project management tools like MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, and reporting tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with risk management, GDPR, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks

PM qualifications a plus (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or PMP)
