We're looking for a driven, organised, and customer focused Project Manager to join our Global Business Services PMO team. In this role, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of projects including global initiatives spanning multiple regions from initiation through to close, ensuring delivery that supports strategic goals and creates meaningful impact for our customers and operational teams. You'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Delivery Specialists, and stakeholders across the business and around the world, navigating cross-functional teams and complex international interdependencies. Job Responsibility:
Manage projects end-to-end across initiation, planning, delivery, and close, ensuring alignment to the PMO framework, agreed tools, standards, and governance practices
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance artefacts, including risk and issue management via RAID logs, tracking milestones, dependencies, and blockers with timely escalation as needed
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across cross-functional delivery teams, managing conflicts, interdependencies, and resource coordination in alignment with the approved project management plan
Provide timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive stakeholders, including regular status updates, budget variance reporting, and Go/No-Go readiness support
Support scope definition, requirements documentation, Project Management Plan creation, project close activities, retrospectives, lessons learned, ROI coordination, and BAU handover
Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder meetings, and team rituals, developing and maintaining effective stakeholder working relationships to support delivery of customer requirements and expectations
Champion consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices

Requirements:
5+ years' experience leading projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and practical application
Experience working in alignment with PMOs or enterprise governance functions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
