Job Description

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager within the savings, investments, and protection products financial services sector, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-priority and complex change and transformation initiatives within a regulated environment. This role sits within a central Project Manager pool in a Change Management function and will see you deployed across a range of strategic transformation programmes depending on business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of high-priority and complex change and transformation initiatives within a regulated environment
  • Taking full ownership of project delivery
  • Leading the planning, mobilisation, and execution of projects
  • Developing key artefacts such as scope documents, delivery plans, RAID logs, financial tracking, and progress reporting
  • Driving effective change management and transformation delivery
  • Engaging extensively with senior stakeholders
  • Managing third-party suppliers and partners
  • Maintaining strong control over budgets, business cases, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Contributing to portfolio-level reporting and continuous improvement of change delivery practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering complex transformation and change programmes in regulated financial services environments
  • Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or MSP
  • Ability to flex approach depending on the nature of the transformation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Experience mentoring or line managing other project managers
