Senior Project Manager - Finance Transformation

• Lead and orchestrate a multi-stream Finance Transformation programme from initiation to delivery
• Drive standardisation of finance processes while balancing global alignment with local needs
• Coordinate the evolution of a diverse technology landscape, including data, integration, and finance applications
• Set up and maintain programme governance covering planning, dependencies, risks, and decision-making
• Translate strategic ambitions into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Act as a change agent, supporting adoption, communication, and engagement across impacted teams
• Monitor programme performance and proactively address scope, timing, budget and quality concerns
• Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership to support informed decision-making

• Proven experience in a similar senior project management or programme delivery role
• Your strengths include structured project delivery, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
• Working experience with tools such as programme planning solutions, collaboration platforms, and digital governance tools is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are needed in this job
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or above)
