Our client is looking for a seasoned, structured, and impact-driven professional to join their team as a Project Manager – Finance Transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a large-scale finance transformation programme, ensuring that strategic goals become meaningful, long-lasting results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary transformation team and make a real impact on finance processes, systems evolution, and organisational ways of working within the Belgian market.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and orchestrate a multi-stream Finance Transformation programme from initiation to delivery
Drive standardisation of finance processes while balancing global alignment with local needs
Coordinate the evolution of a diverse technology landscape, including data, integration, and finance applications
Set up and maintain programme governance covering planning, dependencies, risks, and decision-making
Translate strategic ambitions into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Act as a change agent, supporting adoption, communication, and engagement across impacted teams
Monitor programme performance and proactively address scope, timing, budget and quality concerns
Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
Communicate clearly with senior leadership to support informed decision-making
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar senior project management or programme delivery role
Your strengths include structured project delivery, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
Working experience with tools such as programme planning solutions, collaboration platforms, and digital governance tools is essential
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are needed in this job
Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or above)
