Job Responsibility:
Drive PMO Evolution: Define and implement next-generation PMO strategies, governance, and tools to establish Finance as a benchmark for delivery excellence
Lead Enterprise Programs: Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs—from ideation to execution—ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and measurable business impact
Influence at Scale without authority: Act as a change leader, fostering collaboration across global teams and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve transformational outcomes
Risk & Resilience: Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and implement proactive solutions to safeguard program success
Executive Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing clear insights, strategic recommendations, and timely escalations
Build High-Performing Teams: Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Champion Agility: Embed modern delivery practices, including Agile methodologies, to accelerate execution and enhance adaptability
10+ years of progressive experience in program and project leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex, global initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change across diverse functions and geographies
Expertise in large-scale technology and business transformation programs involving Finance and enterprise functions
Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and tools
Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices
PMP certification is preferred
Familiarity with core Finance processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Forecast-to-Delivery, and Hire-to-Retire is a plus
