Job Description:
Communicate with Head of PM and presales team to understand the project being evaluated to ensure that the successful bid will be managed successfully. Work with the contracts team to review the client contract before signing to ensure implementation risks are mitigated. Manage the handover process from the bidding team to the operations team to ensure the proper kick-off of the project. Develop and approve project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and schedules. Achieve financial objectives by preparing project budgets, approving expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. Review and approve proposal specifications by evaluating product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, and authorizing technical studies when required. Ensure project performance by defining standards and testing requirements. Control project execution by approving changes to designs, specifications, plans, and schedules. Review and evaluate project status reports prepared by project engineers. Ensure that project databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated. Maintain deliverables and company reputation by complying with legal regulations and delivering work with integrity, on time, and according to required specifications. Contribute to team success by supporting joint objectives and assisting team members when needed. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning, workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations. Organize project teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training staff, assigning responsibilities, and approving subcontractors. Enhance human capital performance by coaching, counseling, monitoring, and appraising employee performance.
