Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the Site Delivery Lead in delivering the enabling works strategy
  • Coordinating scope development across enabling works packages
  • Aligning land access and third-party requirements with delivery plans
  • Managing planning applications and consent conditions
  • Tracking access to land parcels and approvals
  • Monitoring budgets and programme performance
  • Overseeing design management and NEC scope development
  • Identifying risks, opportunities and constructability improvements to optimise delivery

Requirements:

  • CIOB/APM or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5/10 yrs experience working on major programme or projects
  • Previous Enabling Works experience with preference to include highways, rail, environmental mitigations, utilities
  • Engineering/Construction background preferred
  • Infrastructure experience preferred, but not essential
