Randstad is looking for a talented Senior Project Manager for a global contractor to manage a portfolio of Distribution projects with local DNSP networks. We're looking for a confident, collaborative, and values-driven Senior Distribution Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of Overhead Construction projects. If you're someone who thrives in a site environment, excels at managing trades/linesworkers and budgets, I want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Background in Electrical Trades (Lineworker or Electrician) with real-world site experience
  • Formal Project Management training (Certificate or Diploma) with practical experience leading multi-stakeholder projects
  • Thoughtful, inclusive approach to risk, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationships
  • Solid technical knowledge of engineering or construction
  • Comfortable using Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Project), SAP, and navigating commercial/contractual landscape
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Understanding of key legislative frameworks impacting utility work
  • Proven ability delivering distribution or utility projects
