Job Description:

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, including complex systems integrations and ERP migration programs. Reporting to the CTO, this role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, aligning technology outcomes with business objectives across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will have a direct impact on strategic transformation milestones, operational continuity, and the delivery of measurable business outcomes across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation, systems integration, and ERP migration projects
  • Manage complex, multi-stream programs involving internal teams, offshore resources, and external vendors
  • Drive ERP migrations from legacy platforms, including data migration, cutover planning, testing, and post-go-live support
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and enterprise applications (CRM, SCM, BI, Finance)
  • Apply and optimise hybrid delivery models using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies
  • Establish strong governance, risk management, and quality controls across the project lifecycle
  • Engage senior stakeholders and steering committees through clear communication, reporting, and executive dashboards
  • Coach teams to improve delivery maturity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise or consulting environments
  • Proven leadership of ERP migration projects with at least 5 years of hands-on ERP delivery experience
  • Strong background in large-scale systems integration across multiple enterprise platforms
  • Certified in Agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Experienced working with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and distributed teams
  • Strong technical understanding of ERP systems, data migration, integration tools, and modern SaaS platforms
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor governance
  • Experienced with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Deep understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
