As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will lead and manage complex commercial real estate projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires familiarity with Commercial Real Estate Project Management including program development, budgeting, planning & design, scheduling, vendor procurement, cost estimating and negotiations, communication, records management, invoice processing, and project close-out. You'll oversee multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $100M+ while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as primary client liaison throughout project lifecycle managing expectations and communications
Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants while developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage ground-up projects, entitlements, tenant improvement projects, space planning, and design
Provide technical support including project budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection, and design team management
Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors while negotiating contracts with each team member
Interface with architects, client staff, property managers, and vendors while maintaining client relationships and managing conflict resolution
Provide appropriate on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met while developing relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering, interior design, or construction management
Minimum 7 years relevant experience working on commercial projects
Experience working with Landlords, developers, and institutional owners
Ability to manage medium and large ground-up development projects, major re-development projects, and corporate interiors projects
Demonstrate high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling
Familiarity with complex contract structures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional manner and computer literacy
Ability to work as team and handle multiple projects
Nice to have:
Experience in hotel projects, municipal projects, and commercial office design & construction
Understanding of entitlements and permitting processes
Knowledge of financial management including cash flows, anticipated cost reports, and monthly reports
Experience with risk mitigation strategies and conflict resolution
Understanding of construction administration and project close-out processes
Knowledge of space planning and design processes
Experience with vendor evaluation and performance management
