Leadership and people management
Management within the Construction and M&E environment to oversee complex infrastructure installations, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications
Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC management and mechanical plant operations
Proficiency in BIM co-ordination and clash detection during mechanical system design and implementation
Commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities (eg data centres, pharmaceutical plants)
Familiarity with regional building codes, labour laws, and safety standards
Sector and industry knowledge within the Data Centre and associated services environment
Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations with demonstrable experience implementing policies and procedures, ideally certified in this field

Job Responsibility

Support the Senior Management and central H&S team by delivering clear and consistent communications
Deliver projects in line with ISO and business processes in aid to provide customers with a consistent delivery experience
Participate in bid activities that support the sales and proposal team and processes. To ensure that professional, profitable, and successful bids are delivered, meeting customer expectations
Manage pre-commencement activities in line with the business project delivery process. To maximise opportunities, efficiency and profitability in the delivery phase of the project. Lead the team to effectively manage the appointed specialist Sub-Contractors and ensure the work is being carried out safely, to the specification and programme. Develop effective, sustainable relationships with key subcontractor organisations
