Lead high‑impact digital initiatives in the Customer Reporting and Plant Data Management Value Streams, enabling effectful global operation of the Vestas power plant. Join a purpose‑driven R&D team where your leadership helps advance the transition to a more sustainable future.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects related to Plant Data Management platforms and Customer Reporting solutions, optimizing the delivery according to business needs and commitments
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define, maintain, and execute the product strategy and multi-year product roadmaps within the Plant Data Management and Customer Reporting domains. Lead the specification, planning, and execution of product development initiatives
  • Provide functional leadership to Product Managers and Senior Functional Leads, aligning priorities, dependencies, and execution across value streams in an agile setup
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across a global landscape, engaging with senior stakeholders from R&D, Digital Solutions, Service, and other business units to ensure clear ownership, governance, and decision-making
  • Navigate complex legacy landscapes by leading deep-dive analyses into existing data products, usage patterns, and stakeholders, and translating findings into structured, scalable solutions
  • Ensure robust governance, documentation, and transparency across the project and product lifecycle, supporting a coherent and future-proof data ecosystem
  • Act as a key contributor to shaping the long-term direction of Plant Data capabilities, supporting continuous improvement, agility, and innovation across Vestas’ renewable power plant solutions

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background within digitalization, data platforms, IT, or software development, with a solid understanding of data-driven solutions and cloud-based environments
  • 10+ years’ experience leading digital product or solution development in project-based or agile environments
  • Formal education or certification in project, program, or portfolio management, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear direction for technical teams
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders through clear communication
  • Inspiring leader who creates purpose, motivates teams, and drives execution forward
