Job Description:

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding North West team. This Senior Project Manager will take ownership of a varied portfolio across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, working with a strong client base and established delivery team. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading schemes from feasibility through to completion, offering both strategic and hands-on input.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end delivery of multiple projects
  • Managing programme, cost, and risk
  • Ensuring client objectives are achieved
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Overseeing procurement strategies
  • Chairing client and design meetings
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

  • Prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager
  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
  • MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent accreditation preferred
