A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to join their expanding residential team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Project Manager to lead projects from day one across a strong pipeline of residential developments for housing associations and build-to-rent clients. The successful Senior Project Manager will work on schemes ranging from 150 to 400 units, covering both pre-construction and post-contract delivery phases. This consultancy is looking for a proactive and client-facing Senior Project Manager who can independently manage projects and build strong stakeholder relationships from the outset. The incoming Senior Project Manager will join a collaborative and supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities, exposure to major London residential developments, and flexible working with 1 day per week from home. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
Job Responsibility:
Lead residential projects through all stages of delivery
Managing programmes, procurement, consultants, contractors, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Project reporting
Contract administration
Risk management
Stakeholder coordination
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Taking ownership of schemes immediately while supporting junior team members and maintaining excellent client relationships
Requirements:
Prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager
Strong construction consultancy experience
Proven residential project delivery experience
Experience working on housing association or build-to-rent schemes
Experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion
Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or similar
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent understanding of JCT contracts and project delivery processes
