Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen their expanding team. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects across a range of sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in driving project success while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the consultancy’s continued growth.

Job Responsibility:

Take full ownership of major projects, overseeing delivery from feasibility through to completion
manage client relationships at a senior level, ensuring expectations are exceeded
programme management
cost control
risk mitigation
leading multidisciplinary teams
support strategic business development
maintain the consultancy’s reputation for excellence

Requirements:

Prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager
degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering
chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) preferred
excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills
