A leading international construction consultancy in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who can lead projects confidently, manage clients, and deliver high-quality schemes across a varied portfolio. The Senior Project Manager will work across public sector, hotel, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use projects, supporting schemes from inception through to completion. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a capable Senior Project Manager who does not need hand-holding and can take ownership of project delivery straight away. The successful Senior Project Manager will be client-facing, organised, and comfortable working across London, Oxford, and occasionally Europe when required. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
Job Responsibility
Lead the delivery of construction projects across London and the wider region, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Responsible for project programmes, procurement, consultant coordination, risk management, reporting, stakeholder management, contract administration, and overall project delivery
Chair meetings, manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Strong experience leading projects independently
Experience across public sector, hotels, healthcare, residential, or similar built environment schemes
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery processes
A full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel when required
Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
