Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Leading construction projects across the full project lifecycle, including client briefing, feasibility, procurement, programme management, risk management, consultant coordination, contractor management, project reporting, and handover
• Chairing project meetings, managing action trackers, coordinating design and delivery teams, monitoring progress against programme, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with the client’s objectives
• Supporting senior leadership with client management, internal reporting, and the successful delivery of wider project work across Birmingham and the Midlands

• A degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline
• Strong experience working within a construction consultancy
• Experience delivering built environment projects from inception to completion
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of project programmes, risk management, reporting, procurement, and contract administration
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement routes
• A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach
• MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous
