Job Description:

A reputable construction consultancy based in Reigate is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their established team, delivering a strong pipeline of residential schemes. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors while taking ownership of client relationships and project delivery. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing high-quality residential developments across the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading residential projects from inception through to completion
  • Ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations
  • Acting as primary client contact
  • Maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic advice throughout project lifecycle
  • Managing consultants
  • Overseeing procurement
  • Administering contracts
  • Ensuring effective coordination across all parties
  • Supporting and collaborating with other team members

Requirements:

  • Prior construction consultancy experience
  • Proven track record delivering residential projects within a construction consultancy environment
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Working towards or achieved professional chartership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
  • Highly client-facing
  • Commercially aware
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to be present on site and in the office five days per week in Reigate
