An established construction consultancy with a growing presence in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use developments throughout the Midlands. The successful Senior Project Manager will join a forward-thinking consultancy delivering high-quality projects for a broad client base across both the private and public sectors. This Senior Project Manager role is suited to a confident and delivery-focused individual capable of independently managing projects from inception through to completion. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in client management, project delivery and supporting the continued growth of the Birmingham office.
Job Responsibility
Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders
Leading project meetings and reporting processes
Managing project programmes, budgets and risk management activities
Overseeing procurement and contract administration duties
Monitoring project performance against programme and cost targets
Supporting junior team members
Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying repeat business opportunities
Requirements
Consultancy-side project management experience
Experience delivering projects across commercial, residential or mixed-use sectors
Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred or working towards
