Job Description:

A well-regarded construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering a strong pipeline of projects across multiple sectors. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead schemes from inception through to completion, working with a diverse client base. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in both project delivery and client relationship management.

Job Responsibility:

Leading projects through all stages of the lifecycle, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality objectives
managing client relationships
coordinating multidisciplinary teams
overseeing procurement and contract administration
providing strategic input
managing project risks
ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
mentoring junior team members
contributing to the wider success of the team

Requirements:

Prior construction consultancy experience
relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
ideally be chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
commercially aware
highly organised
confident in a client-facing role
strong leadership and communication skills
