Job Responsibility

Managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion
Delivering projects across additional sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments

Managing project programmes, budgets and risk registers
Chairing project meetings and preparing progress reports
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

Previous construction consultancy experience
Strong healthcare project experience
Experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline

Experience administering or working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
