Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

• Managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion
• Delivering projects across additional sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
• Managing project programmes, budgets and risk registers
• Chairing project meetings and preparing progress reports
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring junior members of the project management team

• Experience working as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
• Strong residential sector experience
• Experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• Chartered status or working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager
