A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and client-facing Senior Project Manager to join their established residential team. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to work on high-quality residential developments across London and the South East. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion while working alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team. Job Responsibility:
Lead residential projects through all stages of delivery
Managing programmes, procurement, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Project reporting, contract administration, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Support junior team members while maintaining strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong construction consultancy experience
Proven residential project delivery experience
Experience managing projects from inception to completion
Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
Strong understanding of JCT contracts and project controls
