We're looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This isn't an IT project management role. We're not looking for someone whose experience is primarily infrastructure, technical delivery, or system implementation. Instead, we're seeking a commercially minded change leader who can drive business transformation, embed new ways of working, and successfully introduce technology – including AI – to create real organisational value. You'll work across operational, digital and strategic change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the business to shape solutions, remove barriers, and ensure change is adopted and sustained. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, building strong relationships, and taking ownership for delivering results.
Job Responsibility
Leading end-to-end delivery of complex business change and transformation projects
Driving the successful adoption of new processes, technologies and AI-enabled capabilities
Partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, shape solutions and realise benefits
Building strong relationships across operational, technology and leadership teams
Navigating ambiguity and competing priorities to maintain momentum and delivery focus
Managing risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder expectations
Measuring and reporting business outcomes, benefits and ROI
Facilitating decision-making and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Ensuring change is embedded effectively and delivers lasting value
Requirements
Proven experience delivering complex business transformation, digital change or organisational change initiatives
Experience embedding AI, automation or emerging technologies as part of wider business change programmes
Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and benefits
Experience working across a variety of project environments, industries or business settings
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and executives
Experience leading projects with significant operational impact and organisational adoption requirements
Strong governance, risk and delivery management capability
