LSHTM’s Project management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering all of the organisations strategic projects across a wide portfolio. The Estates Senior Project Manager will join PMO, reporting directly to the Head of PMO, with a wide range of responsibilities relating to Capital Estate projects, with a main focus on the systematic refurbishment of the historic Keppel Street building, spanning the next 7-10yrs.
Job Responsibility:
Focal point for Capital Project delivery
Leading Estate transformation delivering both large and small projects
Main focus on systematic refurbishment of historic Keppel Street building
Line management responsibility for PM and APM (max 2 staff)
Delivering own capital projects alongside team supervision
Requirements:
Degree or suitable practical equivalent experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental engineering, building and construction, chartered surveyor or architect)
Knowledgeable in construction management
Experience in oversight and delivery of projects from conception to completion
