Job Description:

LSHTM’s Project management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering all of the organisations strategic projects across a wide portfolio. The Estates Senior Project Manager will join PMO, reporting directly to the Head of PMO, with a wide range of responsibilities relating to Capital Estate projects, with a main focus on the systematic refurbishment of the historic Keppel Street building, spanning the next 7-10yrs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focal point for Capital Project delivery
  • Leading Estate transformation delivering both large and small projects
  • Main focus on systematic refurbishment of historic Keppel Street building
  • Line management responsibility for PM and APM (max 2 staff)
  • Delivering own capital projects alongside team supervision

Requirements:

  • Degree or suitable practical equivalent experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental engineering, building and construction, chartered surveyor or architect)
  • Knowledgeable in construction management
  • Experience in oversight and delivery of projects from conception to completion
