Requirements

Experience of working within new-build Residential/Housing and/or refurbishment projects
A Construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
MRICS, APM, RIBA, CIOB (Desirable)
Strong client-facing, communication, and technical writing abilities
Experience of JCT/NEC contract administration using strong commercial and contractual management

Job Responsibility

Supervise the project’s safe management and completion in compliance with the client’s business practises and procedures in London, working with contract teams, clients, and customers

MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
Strong experience in professional and project-based Building Surveying
Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods and legislation
Ability to act as both Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Experience delivering commissions from inception to completion
Ability to mentor junior staff and support internal knowledge-sharing
Proficient in MS Office and relevant surveying software
Commercially aware and delivery-focused

Job Responsibility

Managing a wide range of building surveying commissions
Providing expert dilapidations, party wall and defect analysis advice
Supporting project delivery for refurbishments, new builds and maintenance works
Engaging with clients and developing key stakeholder relationships
