Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager brings a strong focus on business impact and seamless project delivery across clients within the EEMEA region. The role combines a solid understanding of creative processes with the ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments. With strong stakeholder management and communication skills, it ensures clarity, momentum, and alignment across the end-to-end delivery of creative work for clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
  • Ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets and resourcing plans
  • Support client communication throughout the project lifecycle, responding to requests and ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines
  • Develop and manage creative project briefs, translating client needs into clear direction for creative teams
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver work on time and within agreed scope
  • Work closely with creative leads to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and flag risks early to keep work on track
  • Manage multiple creative projects in parallel, operating confidently in fast-paced environments
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients as required
  • Use project management tools and strong organizational practices to support efficient workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in creative services, account, or project management roles, ideally at Account Director or Client Director level or above, within global network advertising agencies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery across complex projects
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and mid- to senior-level stakeholders
  • Confident in briefing creative teams, setting clear direction, and supporting projects from brief through delivery
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and under pressure
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Ability to travel as required
