Job Description:

This position will be part of the North American Operational Excellence Team. The goal of our team is to identify the best and brightest ideas to support Store Operations and 65,000+ Store Employees. This can be accomplished through saving them time, reducing, or eliminating time required to do tasks, identifying tools from across the globe to enable Store Teams to be better Operators, and improve the Employee or Customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead projects involving how Operations will utilize new operating procedures and reporting
  • Routine discussions with Operational Leaders in support of program development and deployment
  • Assisting BUs with achievement of set-forth KPIs (labor, shrink, etc.)
  • Additional projects will be added and learned on the job through deep immersion with subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • Project Management skills
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong Retail Operations Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of transferable business experience
  • Working knowledge of PDI Enterprise software preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, and Word)
  • Able to lead a large diverse Cross Functional Team on projects spanning across North America
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Must possess a Driver’s License and the ability to drive to multiple store locations
  • Must possess strong analytical expertise, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times
