Capstone is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a Fortune 500 client in the retail sector. This role is focused on driving execution across multiple workstreams in a large enterprise environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of identity, access, and security initiatives. It is a hands-on role for a highly organized and collaborative individual who can navigate complex organizations, work effectively with teams and vendors, and drive results through strong communication and accountability.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate across infrastructure, security (InfoSec), governance, and application teams
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence
Drive alignment across internal stakeholders and external vendors
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Track project progress, budget, and resources
Provide clear, consistent status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure deliverables are completed through strong coordination and accountability in an enterprise environment
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
Experience coordinating across multiple teams and organizational layers
Strong experience working with vendors and SOW-based engagements
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies
Working knowledge of DevOps environments and practices
Familiarity with information security (InfoSec) concepts and governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes through influence
Highly adaptable and comfortable managing evolving priorities in large organizations
