Capstone is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a Fortune 500 client in the retail sector. This role is focused on driving execution across multiple workstreams in a large enterprise environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of identity, access, and security initiatives. It is a hands-on role for a highly organized and collaborative individual who can navigate complex organizations, work effectively with teams and vendors, and drive results through strong communication and accountability.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across infrastructure, security (InfoSec), governance, and application teams
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Track project progress, budget, and resources
  • Provide clear, consistent status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure deliverables are completed through strong coordination and accountability in an enterprise environment

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and organizational layers
  • Strong experience working with vendors and SOW-based engagements
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Working knowledge of DevOps environments and practices
  • Familiarity with information security (InfoSec) concepts and governance frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes through influence
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable managing evolving priorities in large organizations

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a global IDAM governance framework that enforces robust policies, standards, and controls. Ensure compliance with international regulatory and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI), and drive continuous monitoring and auditing of IDAM processes to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches
  • Establish and enforce governance for third-party vendor access to corporate systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and adherence to stringent security standards. Collaborate with procurement, legal, and risk teams to ensure third-party access complies with global regulations and internal security policies. Implement robust monitoring and control mechanisms to detect and respond to any access-related incidents, mitigating risks associated with external partners and vendors
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework for IDAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring visibility into the health and performance of IDAM processes.
