Job Description

Due to ongoing demand in the flood risk management sector, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to support our clients deliver a wide range of high-profile projects, to be a leader in the industry and help mentor and develop the future generation of Project Managers. As a member of our growing team, you would be working to help us make a difference with our clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes. You would be based in our London office and likely spend your time with colleagues and client teams based across the South-East region.

Requirements

  • Has led or had significant responsibility in project/programme delivery for either interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary projects preferably, but not exclusively in the flood risk management and environmental sectors for projects typically between £2m to £15m across the project lifecycle, including: project management principles
  • delivering to client objectives

  • Knowledge and practical experience of working with the NEC contract management suite, in particular the PSC and ECC forms of contract, including working as a named Service Manager or Project Manager under the contract

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients

  • CDM Awareness

  • Experience of flood risk management and/or environmental outcomes project management for projects typically between £2m to £15m
