Job Description:

Oliver James has partnered with a well-known UK construction business to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile Finance ERP transformation. This role sits at the core of a major finance change programme, delivering a NetSuite platform that will strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, month-end processes, compliance and commercial visibility across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a complex, finance-led ERP implementation, working closely with CFO-level stakeholders and external delivery partners in a business actively investing in improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a NetSuite Finance ERP implementation (design → go-live → optimisation)
  • Drive robust financial governance, controls, and process standardisation
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, integrations and UAT from a finance perspective
  • Own scope, budget, timelines, risk and executive reporting
  • Ensure strong adoption across Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams

Requirements:

  • Delivery of at least two end-to-end Finance ERP implementations
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP/AR, month-end, reporting, audit & compliance)
