Job Description:

A well-established a Consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within their London building consultancy team in response to a growing workload in the commercial office and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the project from beginning to end
Performing on-site front-end due diligence work
Pre-contract management
Phase-by-phase management of the building process

Requirements:

Degree in relation to Project Management
Previous client facing Project Management experience
MRICS (Desirable)
JCT contract experience
Previous experience in acting solely as CA or EA
Experience working within commercial residential, retail, or mixed-use project (Desirable)

Nice to have:

MRICS
Experience working within commercial residential, retail, or mixed-use project
