Job Description:

A multi-discipline, award-winning construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to advance within their highly respected company due to ongoing economic expansion. The successful Senior Project Manager will be working within the Commercial Project Management Environment, on projects that can value up to £60m.

Job Responsibility:

Manging the project from start to finish
Executing on-site front-end due diligence work
Pre-contract management
Phase-by-phase management of the construction process
Assist in the creation and expansion of the Commercial Project Management team for the Reading Office

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related Degree
Experience working within the Commercial, Defence, or Security Sector
MRICS/MICOB/APMP/PRINCE2 (Desirable)
Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a consultancy

Nice to have:

MRICS/MICOB/APMP/PRINCE2
